We do not accept returns under any circumstance. Refunds may be offered depending on circumstance. If your pack is faulty for any reason such as but not limited to- the rolls are canoeing, not smoking properly, the rolls or packaging is damaged, etc... Please contact us at neurojwin@gmail.com.
